I hate junk mail and I especially hate junk mail that tries to exploit and pigeonhole's me because of my perceived 'old age'. I sent each back unopened with a less than complimentary remark on the outside of each envelope. I try to look at the age of the person asking the question, and hoping that younger folks don't have those inherent biases. Keep watching, waiting and hoping. I found that strange. I'm not ashamed of it so was a bit perplexed. I would worry about getting another job which pays what this one does if I had to start again. My Bill is finding at age 56 that he is overpriced for jobs given his skill set. Employers are looking for cheap and that usually means young. But I also believe we can make change happen. We aren't over the hill or set in our ways. Most of us have that valuable experience if we could only sell ourselves better. Thanks for the info.
