I look forward to reading your book Yes, we need to remind ourselves that we have gained so much experience and wisdom over the years that we carry with us, which youth alone cannot fill. Having been an employer for 30 years, I realized the value of those very qualitities and so maintained a mix of ages and ethnicity in the organization which created a true sense of family in our company.
