It’s all in the attitude and we have lived life and now are comfortable and confident in our own skin and age. I would like to get out there that Boomers do not want to be called seniors, we are boomers and always will be. We are not our parents. We are active and still in engaged in life and will not go away quietly. Thank you. Sixty, sassy and sexy! and by the way feisty too!

Attitude is everything. We make a choice is day as to how the day will be. I choose to be happy. I choose to not act my age, but outwardly display the age of my heart. The little girl is still inside and I don’t want her to grow up or grow cold. Hooray for over 40 crowd.

Yes, it never ceases to amaze me when clerks, cashiers, and others trying to “help” — either by offering that golden discount, calling us “M’am” or telling us: “Oh, great outfit, my mom (or worse, my grandmother) has one like that.” Bravo for this post, Eileen. I think “feisty” should be the 8th Sacred Attitude:-)
